Cookies – what they are and how they work
Cookies – or cookies – are something that almost all websites use today. A cookie is a small text file that is placed in your browser’s internal memory and allows us to see what you click on, how you navigate the website, and how the content on the website performs. Furthermore, we collect information about navigation, time of visit, which browser you use, and so on. We do this so that we can best customize the content on the website for you as a user. Most browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) are set to automatically accept cookies, but you can choose to change the settings so that cookies are not accepted. We would like to point out that this may result in many websites no longer functioning properly.
What we use cookies for Google Analytics

According to Google’s policies for the use of Google Analytics, no personally identifiable information about you as a user is collected. The data collected is stored on Google’s servers. If you want to opt-out of Google Analytics collecting data about you, you can request to be excluded.

Facebook Pixel
Facebook Pixel is an analysis tool that allows us to measure the effectiveness of advertising from Facebook by tracking the actions the user performs on the website for the purpose of optimizing Facebook Ads (building Audience and remarketing). This information can be used to:
Ensure that ads are shown to the right people Build ad audiences Unlock additional advertising tools on Facebook
What is stored: Which ads the user has seen on Facebook, which pages the user has visited, and which conversions (orders, contacts, etc.) the user has performed.
Hotjar
Maps the interaction the user has with the website. To help us understand how visitors interact with the website, Hotjar records visitors’ sessions. The Hotjar script is a WebSocket connection that sends the following information to Hotjar’s servers:
HTML changes that occur during the user’s session on the website Mouse movements Mouse clicks Scrolling movements Keystrokes for whitelisted actions Statistics for whether the browser’s display size changes
Each event that is tracked is stored in Hotjar’s cloud database using a timestamp that is later used to play back the events in sequential order. The Hotjar script tracks visitors as they visit different pages using a first-party cookie, so that the entire session can be played back in a single recording. No sensitive information or user information is collected or stored.
