Sale of the four Stream vessels

In March 2023 we made agreements to sell the four Stream vessels; Stream Arctic (19 999 dwt./built 2018), Stream Atlantic (19 998/2019), Stream Baltic (19 999/2019) and Stream Pacific (19 999/2019).

Sale of vessels

Over the last months Utkilen have sold and delivered the two global trade vessel M/T Straum (19,934 dwt./built 2010) and M/T Susana S (19,994/2009) to their new owners.

M/T Bergstraum – engine incident

Earlier this morning M/T Bergstraum lost propulsion outside Bud on the west coast of Norway. The weather in the area is calm and the situation is under control.

M/T Straum – Covid-19

We deeply regret the loss of one of the Indian crew members onboard M/T Straum. He was confirmed dead on 22nd of May and was one of five crew members that tested positive for covid-19 on 8th of May.

M/T Finnstraum – Covid-19 – Update

As reported yesterday, one of the crew member onboard M/T Finnstraum tested positive for covid-19. The district medical officer in the municipality of Hustadvika.

M/T Finnstraum – Covid-19

One of the crew members onboard M/T Finnstraum tested positive for covid-19 this afternoon. Since the test was taken yesterday the crew member has been isolated in his cabin onboard.

M/T Sydstraum delivered

The last of the four highly advanced and environmentally friendly 10,500 dwt. newbuildings with stainless steel cargo tanks was delivered today 6th of August 2020.

The third of the four highly advanced and environmentally friendly 10,500 dwt. newbuildings with stainless steel cargo tanks was delivered today 3rd of June 2020.

On Friday 11th of October 2019 the second of four highly advanced and environmentally friendly 10,500 dwt. newbuilding with stainless steel cargo tanks was delivered.
