Siri-Anne Mjåtvedt, Chief Executive Officer
Siri-Anne started as CEO with Utkilen in 2018. She has long experience in shipping through 20 years in various positions with a global chemical tankers and terminal operator. Siri-Anne has a business degree from France and a MBA in Shipping and Logistics from CBS in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Espen Bjelland, Chief Financial Officer
Espen has been with Utkilen since 2005 and has 30 years of experience from the shipping industry, primarily from chemical tanker operators. Previous experience also include investment banking and corporate finance. Espen holds a BBA degree in Business Management from University of Oklahoma, USA.
Arne Nordanger, Head of Chartering
Arne started with Utkilen/Bergen Tanker Brokers AS in 2000 and became Head of Chartering in 2010. Arne has more than 25 years of commercial experience in the fields of chemicals and products, both with shipbrokers and shipowners, and is in charge of the commercial activities for the Utkilen fleet.
Frode Veivåg, Head of Ship Operations
Frode has more than 20 years of experience from the chemical tanker industry and started with Utkilen in June 2021. He has also been working at sea on chemical tankers for a number of years.
Jarle Hillestad, Head of Ship Management
Jarle started in Utkilen in April 2022. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Technology from Bergen College of Engineering. Over the last 25 years Jarle has worked as a Superintendent and in various management positions at shipping companies.
Roy Håre, Head of Quality & Sustainability
Roy joined Utkilen in 2010 and has extensive experience in quality management systems and standards within the shipping-, terminal- and airline-industry. Roy holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
Leif Larsen, Head of Newbuildings
Leif has 40 years of experience from Ship Yards and Technical Management for a various type of vessels, thereof 30 years of experience with chemical tankers such as Management, new buildings, conversions, and innovations. Leif started with Utkilen in 2011 and holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Certificate as Skilled worker in Machine work.
